Are you the parent of or do you care for an autistic child in the East Midlands?
Check out this FREE multi-agency event at 10am on Thursday 18 November 2021 during which a range of information, support and guidance will be on offer around common traits and misconceptions, how autism can affect a child’s development and social skills, how to better understand, support and communicate with your child and what steps to take to help ensure your child is safe including online safety / grooming / reporting etc.
Local support groups and service providers will also be in attendance.
The event is being held at The PitcHes in Hinckley, with a free coach, refreshments and lunch provided to those who attend in person.
It will also be live-streamed with Q&A facilities.
